Macaroni au Gratin with Dried Buna Shimeji/ブナシメジのマカロニグラタン

Obviously, shiitake and enoki are not the only types of mushroom suitable for drying. I dried some buna shimeji months ago, and put it in the freezer, and this evening, I finally made gratin with it. The intense flavor of the dried buna shimeji was wonderful!
