The other day, I got some sweet potatoes from a friend. Today, I cooked them all except one, which I think I’ll use to make tempura.
I put these potatoes in a pot of water, brought the pot to a boil, turned the heat to very low, and simmered the potatoes for 45 minutes. Then, I let them cool.

Then, I put them in the toaster oven and grilled them for more than ten minutes to remove excess water.

That way, you will have the most wonderful sweet potatoes.
